Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases made through ajaytradingco.store, operated by Ajay Trading Co., 397/6 Old Railway Road, Near Shivji Murti, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Product images are representative; actual finish, accessories and bundled components follow the manufacturer’s specification.
  • Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. Orders are honoured at the price confirmed when the order is accepted.

2. Orders & Confirmation

  • An order placed online is a request to purchase. It becomes binding when Ajay Trading Co. confirms stock and accepts the order by call, WhatsApp or email.
  • We may decline or partially fulfil orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or delivery-area constraints; any amount already paid will be refunded.

3. Payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where pincode serviceability permits. Higher-value appliance COD limits may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Direct bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / UPI transfer to our store account) is accepted; orders are dispatched after payment realisation.
  • Cards, UPI apps and EMI options are supported through our store counters and assisted channels.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by brand, stock location and pincode serviceability.
  • Appliances requiring installation (ACs, chimneys, built-in products) are installed per brand-authorised processes. Third-party charges such as ducting, civil work, stabilisers or extra copper piping are payable by the customer at actuals.
  • Please inspect the package at delivery. Transit damage must be reported immediately, before installation.

5. Returns & Cancellation

  • Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy, subject to brand policy for installed appliances.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. After dispatch, return shipping or restocking charges may apply as per policy.

6. Warranty

  • All products carry the manufacturer’s (brand’s) warranty only. Claims are processed per the brand’s policy; Ajay Trading Co. assists as the selling dealer.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
