Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations of orders placed through ajaytradingco.store.

1. Before Dispatch

• You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it is dispatched, by calling or messaging us on +91 97101 58619 with your order details.

2. After Dispatch

• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If return is accepted, two-way shipping or restocking charges may apply as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by Ajay Trading Co.

• We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete address or payment issues. You are informed promptly and any amount paid is refunded.

4. Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation confirmation.
