This policy explains how orders from ajaytradingco.store are delivered and installed.

1. Serviceability

• Delivery is available in serviceable pincodes. Enter your pincode or contact us on +91 97101 58619 to confirm availability for your area before ordering.
• Some bulky items (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, TVs above certain sizes) may be deliverable only where suitable vehicle access exists.

2. Timelines

• In-stock appliances are typically delivered within 2–7 working days of order confirmation, depending on brand, warehouse location and your pincode.
• You receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp message scheduling the delivery window before dispatch.

3. Charges

• Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order. Free delivery may be offered on select products or promotions.

4. Installation

• Appliances requiring installation are installed per brand-authorised processes. Brand installation charges, ducting, stabiliser, extra copper piping, civil or electrical work are payable by the customer at actuals.

5. Inspection at Delivery

• Please inspect the sealed package at delivery. Transit damage must be reported immediately, before installation is started.
